NIEDERMAYR - Piwi Vitigni Resistenti "Souvignier Gris" - BIO is an organic wine with an intense nose of spices, aromatic herbs, and dried fruit. On the palate, it is full-bodied and minerally, with a persistent finish. Obtained through spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aged for 12 months in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks, this wine has an alcohol content of 14% vol. Available from August 2019, unfiltered.
