FERGHETTINA Satèn Franciacorta DOCG is a Lombardy excellence made exclusively from white grapes, with no Pinot Noir. Its lower pressure produces a soft, silky foam, with a very fine, creamy perlage. Bright straw yellow in color, it offers elegant aromas of white flowers, chamomile, yellow fruit, and sweet almond, accompanied by hints of yeast and bread crust. On the palate, it is soft, enveloping, and velvety, with a balanced balance of freshness and creaminess and a long, slightly toasted finish. Perfect with delicate risottos, shellfish, and white fish.
