On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet of red fruits such as blackberry and wild strawberry, enriched by delicate floral notes of rose and peony, with herbaceous and mineral notes. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with delicate tannins and a lingering finish that enhances its fruity notes. Perfect with cured meats, roast suckling pig, meat-based pasta dishes, and pizza.
