On the nose, it releases aromas of strawberries, cherries, pink grapefruit, rose, black tea, rhubarb, and light spices. On the palate, it is powerful and elegant, with vibrant acidity, great flavor, and a creamy texture, finishing with a long, mineral, and spicy finish. Perfect at 6–8°C, or up to 10–12°C to enhance its aromas. Ideal with structured shellfish, sushi, fresh cheeses, and fruit desserts. A refined and surprising experience.
