The Carricante grapes, grown on mineral-rich, sandy lava soil at 850 meters above sea level, are vinified under controlled conditions and aged in stainless steel tanks. Le viti ad alberello sono pricipalmente varietà di Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio per i vini rossi e Carricante per i vini bianchi.
