I prosecchi e spumante Valdobbiadene DOC e DOCG Bacio della Luna nascono in un territorio che nel 2019 è stato ufficialmente iscritto nella lista del Patrimonio Mondiale UNESCO.

Terreni antichissimi, ricchi di sedimenti in parte di origine dolomitica, in parte marini e lacustri.
