DOMAINE DE LA BAUME - "La Jeunesse" Syrah displays an intense purple-red color with violet highlights. On the nose, it releases expressive aromas of ripe red fruits such as wild strawberries and blueberries, accompanied by notes of black pepper, violets, and mint. On the palate, it offers a harmonious, rounded, and fruity palate, with soft, silky tannins, finishing with a pleasant peppery note and a long finish. Awarded a gold medal at the 2024 Vinalies and rated excellent, it is ideal served at 16–18°C and pairs perfectly with grilled or roasted red meats.
